Orthodontics with Dr. Brown and Dr. Saito
In our Vancouver orthodontic practices, we offer full-service orthodontics for children and adults, including traditional metal braces, clear braces, and Invisalign® or Invisalign Teen® clear aligners. Regardless of which treatment our patients choose, they all work the same way: by placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction to move teeth to their proper positions. Treatment time can take anywhere from a few months to a few years, depending on each unique situation.
At our clinic, we firmly believe in a no pressure approach to orthodontics. Our guiding principle is to only suggest treatments that are truly needed. We prioritize fostering a deep sense of trust with our patients, which we regard as a foundational vision of our practice.
Getting Started
We provide a comprehensive, complimentary new patient consultation during which we take a panoramic radiograph, cephalometric radiograph, and photos. Our orthodontists will spend all the time necessary to get to know you and find out what your orthodontic goals are. They will do a complete intraoral examination and thoroughly explain all the options for treatment.
Our treatment coordinators then review the treatment options, answer questions, and go over financial details. We work with you to maximize your insurance benefits or Flexible Spending or HSA benefits, and offer individually styled flexible payment options that will work for you. We want all patients to be able to receive the benefits of a great smile. We are happy to offer our in-office, flexible no-interest payment options as well as an outside financing option with CareCredit®.

Most importantly, we have a very experienced team and doctors. Many of our staff members have been with our practice for more than ten years, and some even 20 years! This gives great continuity of patient care and long-term relationships with our patients.
