Meet Dr. Brown

Dr. Constance Brown believes orthodontics is about more than straightening teeth. A great smile enhances a persons health and appearance, improving their self esteem and confidence. Dr. Brown enjoys getting to know the person behind the smile, visiting with them at each appointment. She wants you to fully understand your treatment progress and encourages you to ask questions so you will realize the importance of your commitment to this treatment partnership.

Dr. Brown graduated from the University of Washington with her Doctorate of Dental Science degree. Her prior undergraduate degree in Pharmacy was received at Washington State University. Dr. Brown practiced general dentistry in Vancouver one year before attending Oregon Health Sciences University for two additional years of training to specialize in orthodontics.

She is active in many professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Washington State Dental Association and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Clark County Dental Society. She was elected into the International College of Dentists by her peers. Dr Brown is also involved in many study clubs working to further orthodontic education in the Clark County area. Dr. Brown enjoys mentoring and is a very active influence in the community, encouraging young people to consider a career in orthodontics.

Dr. Brown is very committed to her family and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Brown, a dentist who practices in Longview, Washington, and her two daughters, Mackenzie and Madeline. She enjoys hiking, bird watching and traveling. Her hobbies are interior design, scrap booking and jewelry design and fabrication.

Claudia Scheduling Coordinator
Since 1998 Claudia has worked at our front desk as the Scheduling Coordinator. Her smiling face is the first you will see when you arrive for your appointment. She has a contagious laugh and loves to get to know each patient. Claudia and her husband enjoy hiking, camping, and gourmet cooking. Claudia proud to be a "Nanna" - NOT to be confused with a grandma or granny.

Trish B Financial Coordinator
Trish joins our team in 2011 after her move here from the East Coast. The Pacific Northwest weather allows her to mountain bike, road bike, and hike much more the year round. She enjoys Jewelry making, painting, drawing and sculpting. Trish has earned her BFA from Green Mountain College. Her attention to detail and sweet nature makes her an outstanding financial coordinator and the perfect person to answer all your financial questions.

Kelli Scheduling Coordinator
Kelli has a bubbly and energetic personality and loves to talk. She is a native Vancouver-ite and has worked as a dental assistant and in the front office for many years. We were fortunate to have her start her orthodontic career with us in 2004. Kelli was the 1998 Washington State Pinto Horse Queen and still shows horses and enters many events.

Kathy Treatment Coordinator
Kathy has worked with Dr. Brown since 1995 and is very happy to help you answer orthodontic questions and get started with your treatment. Her hobbies include sewing, reading and gardening. Ask her about sky diving! She and her husband now enjoy motorcycle riding on nice weekends.

Tricia V Treatment Coordinator
Tricia is loves to work with people and is very easy to chat with. She started working with us in 2011. She has 4 children and a dog named Bella. Tricia enjoys running, scrapbooking, water sports, softball and just having FUN!

Meranda Scheduling Coordinator
Meranda began working for us in 2011. She enjoys reading, gardening and playing with her spoiled dog and cat. She graduated from Mountainview High School and Everest College with a degree in Medical Billing and Insurance Coding. Meranda spends her spare time with her family and friends in the Vancouver area.

Staff

We represent many years of experience in the orthodontic field and each team member has received special training in orthodontics. We maintain strict sterilization procedures and each team member is CPR certified. Many of us have been through the orthodontic process ourselves and are a great resource. We will continually strive to motivate and educate our patients in a friendly, caring manner so that they understand the full benefits of orthodontics and realize the importance of a shared commitment between the patient, parent and the orthodontic staff.
